og99 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and og99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the og99 platform at og99.today, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the og99 platform including, but not limited to, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and participating in any promotional offer. og99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You have not previously had an og99 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your og99 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. og99 may, at its sole discretion, request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

og99 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) checks as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your og99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. og99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You must notify og99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised. You can do so by contacting support at [email protected]. og99 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

og99 employs SSL encryption across the entire platform. All financial transactions and personal data transmissions are encrypted. Notwithstanding this, og99 cannot guarantee absolute security in all circumstances and recommends that players use secure and private connections when accessing their accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on og99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. og99 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for individual accounts.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation. og99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. og99 does not accept third-party deposits.
• og99 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of being fraudulent or associated with prohibited activity, pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, subject to KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary. og99 targets same-day processing for all verified accounts.
• og99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request may be removed from the withdrawal amount.

og99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. og99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirement has been met and a cash withdrawal of the resulting balance is made.
• og99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms will be void and may result in account closure.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the platform without the prior written consent of og99. Any unauthorised use of og99 content may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, og99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or any content thereon.

og99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. og99 accepts no liability for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to payment processing outside its direct control.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of og99 to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
